Please forgive me. The time between blog postings got away from me. Opening my new massage practice and the busy holiday season kept me occupied every moment. I appreciate your patience and I am excited to start 2010 with all of you.
My commitment this year is to post a new blog weekly in order to stay connected and share experience and knowledge. I hope to see comments and suggestions from all of you. I strive to make this blog easy to follow and extremely useful. Let's make a FRESH start as we take our personal "pathways to wellness."
Grapefruit and Frankincense....yum! Try this combo to feel uplifted and energized while still feeling relaxed. Sounds like a contradiction? The beauty of essential oils is the synergy they have with each other and with our own bodies. The oils meet us where we are and help us achieve what we need. Many of you will experience and alert sense of wellbeing while others will feel peaceful, calm and ready for a nap. Tryputting a couple drops of each oil on a cotton ball and inhale several times throughout the day. In addition, apply a couple drops to the bottom of your feet to put a little spring back in your step.
Frankincense has over 200 chemical components that may enhance the immune system, fight of virus and bacterial infections, assist with mood swings, depression and anxiety and also assist in decreasing inflammation.
Grapefruit has properties that positively engage the lymphatic system (our trash collector) and assist with moving unwanted waste out of the body. The antiviral properties and mood lifting capabilities make it a perfect complement to other essential oils.
Feel free to get creative and Enjoy!
WELCOME
I am excited to share my thoughts, suggestions, and experiences in hopes of helping those who are trying to focus on their health and wellness. By sharing my personal experiences and providing some suggestions, I hope to give some positive encouragement. We all have our own personal paths to take, but inspiration from others can help keep us motivated. Life is about learning and sharing. Let's focus on the positive as we find our "pathways to wellness".
